Matt has worked since 2001 as a consultant and advisor to small and mid-sized B2B business owners, founders, presidents, and CEOs. For more than two decades, his focus has been helping owner-led companies scale profitably — improving operational efficiency, building lead generation and sales systems, and adding differentiable value that moves the bottom line. His approach is grounded in common sense, resourcefulness, and a consistent ability to produce results in businesses where the stakes are real.


ERS is the direct evolution of that work. After 24 years of rolling up his sleeves inside businesses through TheSalesOffice.biz, Matt co-founded Exit Ready Solutions to bring pre-exit value creation to owners who are ready to build a business worth selling — on their terms, at maximum value, with nothing left on the table.

Carl Hammer

Carl has spent his career advising business owners in the lower middle market. What he has seen, consistently, is that the difference between a successful exit and a failed one is not luck or timing. It is preparation, strategic positioning, and disciplined execution — none of which can be rushed when an exit is imminent.


Most owners approach the exit process too late. By the time health forces their hand, burnout sets in, or market conditions shift, the issues that matter most to buyers are too entrenched to fix quickly. The result is discounted valuations, exhausting diligence processes, and deals that fall apart. Carl co-founded ERS because the solution to that problem has to start years before a transaction — not weeks. Lee Goff

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Lee brings more than 25 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing automation, and CRM systems to the ERS team. His background spans digital marketing agency leadership, campaign analytics, lead generation architecture, and platform implementation — with GoHighLevel as his primary operating environment. ERS runs on GHL, and Lee is the reason that infrastructure is built to perform.


His focus at ERS is on the systems that turn marketing activity into measurable outcomes: automated campaigns that educate and qualify prospects, CRM workflows that keep nothing from falling through the cracks, and data-driven reporting that connects marketing effort to client results. Lee has built and overseen more than 4,000 projects across his career. At ERS, his mandate is straightforward — build the revenue engine that serves business owners before they ever get on a call.

Willie J. Ellington

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Willie is responsible for building and managing relationships that bring qualified business owners, experienced M&A talent into the process for both ERS and sister company Oxford Highland Advisors. As a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia, Willie also plays a forward-looking role in the expansion of our tandem of companies — identifying opportunities in neighboring states accessible through licensure reciprocity.


As ERS and OHA actively expand their geographic footprint, Willie is the architect of that growth. His work includes identifying potential team members who can deliver pre-exit value creation and exit advisory deal flow on the ground in new territories.
